Returns/exchange is available if dress is damaged,imperfections or
incorrect. Buyer is responsible for returning postage. All purchases must be
returned or changed within 7 days with brand-new condition as you
receive it.
2. Worn,altered,customized or colour changed by the buyer. Dresses can not be returned or changed.
3. All returned dresses and accessories will have a 20% restocking fee applied from the
full purchase price of the gown. Any refused or non-deliverable
merchandise will also incur a 20% restocking fee.
